​Thai New Media Delegation Visited Shaanxi and Qinghai

From15 to 20 July 2019, a new media delegation consisting of 9 journalists from Thailand visited Qinghai Province and Shaanxi Province. The delegation was received by Ms. Zhang Li, Vice Governor of Qinghai Province,Mr. Li Bin, Deputy Director General of Publicity Department of CPC Shaanxi Provincial Committee and other government officials on separate occasions. The delegation listened to presentations by and had interaction with management ofthe Administration Bureau of Sanjiangyuan National Nature Reserve and Shaanxi Broadcasting Corporation respectively, and visited the Qinghai Lake National Nature Reserve,Shaanxi History Museum, Qin Shihuang Terracotta Warriors andDayan Pagoda.
 
Ms. Zhang Li and Mr. Li Bin gave briefings on the history, culture, economic and social development of Qinghai and Shaanxi respectively, expressing hope that Thai mediawouldcontinue to follow and write reports about the central west and northwest parts of China, so as to promote friendly exchanges and practical cooperation between these regions and ASEAN countries including Thailand.
 
The trip was organized by the China Foreign Languages Publishing Administration, and advised by ASEAN-China Centre(ACC) and the Chinese Embassy in Thailand. ACC representative took part in the trip.
