ACC Successfully Held the 2021 Online Briefings on Enrollment Policies of Chinese Universities towards AMS (Session Ⅳ)

On 4 September 2021, upon the invitation of the Indonesian Embassy in China, the ASEAN-China Centre (ACC) co-organised the Fourth Session of 2021 Online Briefings on Enrollment Policies of Chinese Universities towards ASEAN Member States (AMS).

Mr. Djauhari Oratmangun, Ambassador of Indonesia to China, attended and addressed the opening ceremony. He said that this is the third year of his term as the Indonesian Ambassador to China and that China is a beautiful and open country with a long history. He hoped that more Indonesian students would better understand China and come to study in this country through these series of online briefings. 

Five Chinese universities, namely Peking University, Sun Yat-Sen University, Zhejiang University, Minzu University of China, and Beijing University of Chinese Medicine, successively delivered presentations concerning their general information, characteristic disciplines, latest enrollment policies and experience of studying and living in China. After that, Mr. Yaya Sutarya, Education and Culture Attaché of the Embassy of Indonesia in China, introduced general procedures for scholarship application in China.

 

 

 

 

 

According to the statistics, nearly 2800 people watched the online briefing through Zoom and YouTube.
