Secretary-General Ma Mingqiang Met with Centre Director of SEAMEO RIHED

On 14 September 2012, Mr. Ma Mingqiang, Secretary-General of the ASEAN-China Centre met with Dr. Sauwakon Ratanawijitrasin, Centre Director of the Southeast Asian Ministers of Education Organization Regional Centre for Higher Education and Development (SEAMEO RIHED), and discussed ways to promote student mobility between ASEAN and China.
