On 1 June 2015, H.E. Mme. Yang Xiuping, Secretary-General of ASEAN-China Centre (ACC), met with H.E. Mme. Khek Caimealy Sysoda, Ambassador of Cambodia to China.
Ambassador Khek Caimealy Sysoda congratulated Secretary-General Yang Xiuping on her assumption of the post as the new ACC Secretary-General, and highly commended ACC’s active role in promoting functional cooperation between ASEAN and China. She would like to continue her support to Secretary-General Yang and ACC’s work, and expected ACC would achieve new progress under the leadership of Secretary-General Yang.
Secretary-General Yang Xiuping thanked for the strong support rendered by Ambassador Khek Caimealy Sysoda and the Embassy of Cambodia in China to ACC. She expressed the willingness to further strengthen exchange and cooperation between ACC and the Embassy of Cambodia and other ASEAN Embassies in Beijing so as to play positive role in deepening ASEAN-China Strategic Partnership.
